I acknowledge that I am authorized by my organization to use the DI3, and that I have valid right-to-know and need-to-know information contained in the DI3. I agree that information obtained from DI3 will only be used for the legitimate purpose it was designed and provided for. I agree to use the DI3 in accordance with TDDTF policies, including the User Security Policies, and Tennessee State laws pertaining to obtaining and using information found in the DI3. I unconditionally consent to the monitoring and reviewing of my use. I acknowledge that any unauthorized use of the DI3 will result in termination of use and may result in disciplinary, administrative, civil, or criminal actions against me.
Consent to Monitor
This is a government owned computer system. This computer system is using anti-virus and anti-spyware software with the latest definitions and updates. The operating system and Internet Browser for this computer system are protected with the latest security patches. This system may be monitored for all lawful purposes, including ensuring that its use is authorized, for management of the system, to facilitate protection against unauthorized access, and to verify security procedures, survivability, and operational security. Monitoring includes active attacks by authorized government entities to test or verify the security of this system. During monitoring, information may be examined, recorded, copied and used for authorized purposes. All information in this system may be monitored. Evidence of unauthorized use collected during monitoring may be used for disciplinary, administrative, civil, or criminal actions.
